I like this website and the artwork. The art on the cover page is a true representation of modern art. I think waiting on the 3 grant represents this. The artist utilized heavy bold black lines to create the image, pulling out shapes in every part of the figure, and using bright and bold colors such as: the different hues of yellow, the red fingernails, and the red case on the ground. Pulling out the shapes in the image seemed to simplify it but yet the piece is so powerful, conveying a sense of strength even though the pose is slumped over. The colors give it a feeling of strength.

I like Lake Superior it is very interesting. I never saw rocks painted like this before. Yet, they convey a hard and solid feel with dark, heavy, bold lines going around each and every one of them as if to separate them. Yet they stand together creating a cluster and allowing a trickle of water to flow threw them.

This website is self explanatory with a simple setup and is very easy to move around in. The ?Young girl? piece looks sad. The way the artist Brenda illustrated it. It appears as though a part of the girl is in the darkness and the other part is in the light. She has her right hand clutched over her heart holding a yellow ribbon and peering straight ahead deep in thought. I feel this piece tells a story of sadness.

I found your website through yp.com and clicked on the link. Your website is easy to use and all the art work in the gallery is great, each one of the artists works are different. There appears to be a cohesive collection of artists at your gallery. Someday, I am going to take time to come to a show. I will keep checking back for updates.

The red, black, green, and brown Venus reminds me of the ?Venus of Willendorf? with their round and curved figure. The different color Venuses represent the different cultures of people and being that the Venus is a woman, she stands for motherhood, head of the house hold, family, and strength. Like most women, they are the backbone of a family unit. I like the art!

The gallery is nice, bright, and colorful. The floors are shiny and gray with white walls. And the brown curtains with the blue sheers underneath them make an eloquent décor. This is all very nice. Great Job!

The Lucille-Frank1013 website is very easy to move around in. I like the title page. It is setup like you are viewing into an art museum with the little bench sitting at the bottom center of the page. All the artwork is very bright and colorful. There is a variety of art mediums such as: digital photography, printmaking, pencil drawings, ink drawings, oil, acrylic, and tempera paints. Also, a variety of subjects created within the artists? works, each artist has a different style and seems to have a clear vision of their artistic style.

I was searching yp.com not looking for art or classes but stumbled across your advertisement and, I thought it was an interesting ad, so I clicked on your website link. The first thing you see is the beautifully bright illustrated images on the title page. It was nice to see art on a website, instead of a lot of writing which is overwhelming. Some of the time, you don?t really get to view the art because you have so many pages to click on and go through. By being able to look at the artwork first, I was able to click on other options and this is why I am leaving you a comment. Thank you for the beautiful artwork.

The picture of your building looks very nice, it looks like a school. You should display some artwork in the windows of your building. So when people pass by, they will be able to see some art. It looks as though you have the inside replete with art. Now, the outside has to be decorated with art. That can be a form of advertising as well. I don?t know maybe you already thought of this, it is just a suggestion. Your art gallery is nice and bright and the artwork that you have hanging in it is very creative. I am looking forward to an art exhibit. Oh, by the way, George referred me to your website.

The cover page of your website is very informative. It shows the inside and outside of your building. Inside your classroom, the art gallery, and a variety of art mediums. If I got bored with your site and wouldn't go any farther, I have already learned a lot about Lucille-Frank1013 Art Gallery. GREAT JOB!
